The 2026 survey is now open.

The survey is your chance to share what your organisation or business’s current workforce experiences. We want to hear from employers of all sizes and industries across Queensland.

The annual survey asks about important workforce topics, including:

• finding and recruiting staff
• keeping staff
• workforce planning and development
• skills and training needs.

Your feedback will help us better understand the workforce challenges and priorities facing Queensland employers. The results will help inform future Queensland Government workforce and skills support.
